I am the founder and principal therapist at Natural Body Care. I believe that 'your health is your wealth' and that massage and complementary therapies, which have been used all over the world for thousands of years, are one of the most natural ways of keeping the body healthy and free of stress.

I am a fully qualified Craniosacral Therapist, Sports Massage Therapists and Reiki Practitioner. I believe that my chosen therapies have powerful abilities to help repair, renew, relax and re-balance the body.  My breadth of experience allows me to offer a multi-therapy approach and my clients are able to benefit from a variety of techniques that are combined to suit their individual needs.  My passion for working with healing techniques means that I am continually extending my skills with ongoing study.

As well as having a private practice and providing mobile treatments, I have worked as an assistant tutor with Essentials for Health School of Massage where I taught Diplomas and workshops.  I have also shared the benefit of complementary therapies in a care home, and as a volunteer at the University College Hospital in Euston, London.

I am very passionate about working with children, in particular young children, integrating my therapeutic work with caring for the young, through Baby Massage courses, Massage in Schools programme (M.I.S.P.) and a multi-sensory style of yoga for children (Kidding Around Yoga).  In addition to delivering baby massage and Kidding Around Yoga classes at the Healthy Lifestyle Centre, in Abbotshall Road, SE6, I work in a Health Centre providing Baby Massage courses, which include theory sessions on the importance of meeting your child's emotional needs as well as their physical needs, therefore, investing in their long term emotional health.  I also teach children aged 2-3 year massage through nursery rhymes, and teach the very popular M.I.S.P. to reception and primary school children.

As part of my commitment to natural therapy, I only use 100% natural, preservative free and lightly scented Tui Massage waxes in my treatments.  These are produced in New Zealand and are based on beeswax.
